•    Lead the architecture, design, and development of complex Java-based applications.
•    Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and plan projects.
•    Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices.
•    Develop and implement microservices, REST APIs, and backend components.
•    Manage end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
•    Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
•    Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues promptly.
•    Coordinate with DevOps and QA teams to streamline CI/CD processes and testing.
Required Skills and Experience:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•    10+ years of professional Java development experience.
•    Strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Hibernate.
•    Proven experience with microservices architecture, REST APIs, and distributed systems.
•    Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
•    Proficient in SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
•    Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git) and automated testing.
•    Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
