·   8+ years of experience in product management, technical product ownership, or technical leadership roles, preferably in the healthcare domain.

·   Strong knowledge of healthcare data standards and systems (e.g., HL7, FHIR, ICD, CPT).

·   Proven experience in healthcare data engineering, including ETL processes, data pipelines, and cloud-based data solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).

·   Solid understanding of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, HITRUST) and compliance requirements.

• Excellent knowledge of healthcare (Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), claims processing, healthcare. responsible for working cross functionally with Sales, Sales Operations, Sales Support, Finance, Formulary, Legal and Rebate Operations

·   Extensive experience with Agile methodologies, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering complex projects.

·   Experience with data engineering tools, cloud platforms, and big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka).

·   Understanding of Relational, NoSQL and Vector databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, SingleStore, Pinecone).

·   Understanding of Machine Learning frameworks (e.g., Python, Keras, Tensorflow)

·   Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders.

·   Experience with modern cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and tools such as Databricks, Snowflake, or similar.

·   Experience with business intelligence (BI) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).

·   Understanding of data governance frameworks and master data management (MDM).
