Java Lead Developer with over 10 years of experience to lead our development team in designing and implementing high-performance applications. This role requires technical expertise in Java, along with leadership skills to mentor the team, ensure high code quality, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
•Lead the architecture, design, and development of complex Java-based applications.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and plan projects.
•Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices.
•Develop and implement microservices, REST APIs, and backend components.
•Manage end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
•Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
•Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues promptly.
•Coordinate with DevOps and QA teams to streamline CI/CD processes and testing.
Required Skills and Experience:
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•10+ years of professional Java development experience.
•Strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Hibernate.
•Proven experience with microservices architecture, REST APIs, and distributed systems.
•Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
•Proficient in SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
•Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git) and automated testing.
•Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
•Experience with frontend technologies like Angular or React.
•Knowledge of message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
•Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
