-Experience in Tableau development, with at least 2 years in a consulting role.

-Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Prep. Strong SQL skills and experience with data transformation tools.

-Analytical Skills: Ability to perform complex data analysis and translate findings into actionable insights.

-Consulting Experience: Proven ability to interact with clients, ask the right questions, and understand business problems.

-Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

-Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively about data challenges.

-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

-Experience with other data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik).

-Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
