Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably in a Senior or Lead role.
  • Expertise in Salesforce configuration, including workflows, validation rules, and security permissions.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce integrations and API functionality.
  • Strong understanding of best practices for Salesforce customization and data management.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with on-site teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the Salesforce environment, including user roles, security settings, and data visibility.
  • Support Salesforce integrations with various business systems and applications.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide tailored solutions within Salesforce.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to maximize efficiency.
  • Maintain documentation of configuration, integrations, and customizations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator).
  • Experience with third-party applications and integration tools in the Salesforce ecosystem.
