Typical background in accounting, finance, FP&A, and/ or Treasury
Has exposure to GL, Balance Sheet, P&L and Reg Reports including Call Report, FR Y-8, FR Y-9, 2052a, Basel reporting, etc.
Understand data traceability and connect that to the purpose of finance data
Ability to dive into the finance data traceability and conduct independent analysis leveraging strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify gaps, duplications, inappropriate data use / transformations.
Good communication skills and ability to partner across different teams inside and outside of CIO
Understands Finance data tagging by category, data lifecycle, recurring patterns and trends, and ability to collect quantitative and / or informative summaries about the data
Create Finance data metrics based on the above to support the program execution and report out.
