We are seeking experienced Business Systems Analysts to support our Oracle HCM transformation. This role will focus on key HR processes including Hire, Onboard, Benefits, Rewards, Transfers, and Offboard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, build, and document detailed process requirements (global and regional).
- Prepare for design workshops, including documentation/data collection, scheduling, and note-taking.
- Support user and agent testing, launch readiness, and cutover planning.
- Define reporting and analytics requirements for HCM processes.
- Develop communication materials, training resources, knowledge base articles, and enablement for delivery teams.
- Design and update employee-facing articles, help text, notifications, etc.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in HCM.
- Strong background in Oracle HCM; experience with Workday or PeopleSoft is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
