- Looking for more of a functional IT project manager
- They don’t have a formal pmo office, they don’t have JIRA or pm tool to track all of their projects.
- Jira implementation in the talks
- Need someone who is comfortable working in an unstructured environment. One of the goals is to improve that
- A ton of projects that are IT related but some are not traditional IT needs, others may be other departments.
- Process improvement, policy, procedures, workflow development
- They have homegrown legacy apps they are moving away from to a cloud hosted software
- Inventory/ IT asset management project
- Drone program project
- CCTV to IP Camera project
- Access Control Project
- A lot of vendor management and coordinating with vendors and internal staff
- Don’t have platform to implement PM management software
