1.            Azure Devops understanding and knowledge

2.            Comfortable with creating, updating, maintaining stories in Devops

3.            Good troubleshooting skills

4.            Help team members unblocking their issues

5.            Work with Product Manager to collect requirements and convert those in stories in Devops

6.            Comfortable in creating PO templates such as stories, milestones, miro diagram, Lucid charts, backlog maintaining, daily status, story refinements etc.

7.            Comfortable with hosting stand ups with onshore and offshore teams. Get status and update product manager.

8.            Work with Delivery Managers to implement best practices

9.            Comfortable in writing API specifications

10.          Have a good knowledge on non functional requirements and performance test life cycle.

11.          Good to have coding skills in python and Java (to work in azure pipeline)

12.          Participate with other POs in status meetings
