•  Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets

•  Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors and suppliers

•  Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues

•  Communicate effectively with all stakeholders

•  Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

•  Resolve problems and make decisions quickly and effectively

•  Oversee fabrication and erection of structural steel components

•  Manage project documentation and records

 Requirements

•  Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management within the construction industry

•  Strong understanding of structural and miscellaneous steel fabrication and erection processes

•  Proficient in project management software

•  Knowledge of building codes and regulations

•  Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling)

•  Welding and fabrication skills (a plus)
