Facilitate workshops with Client stakeholders (Developers, Architects, Product/Process Owners) to gather detailed requirements for application rationalization, ensuring that all business, technology, and cost aspects are captured in the APM (Application Portfolio Management) solution.
Collaborate with technical teams on APM architecture and solution design, ensuring that business requirements are effectively translated into functional specifications for the ServiceNow APM implementation. (Hands-on experience with ServiceNow APM Module is required.)
Conduct data analysis and portfolio assessments, providing insights into application costs, risks, and business alignment to guide decision-making during the rationalization process.
Experience in creating dashboards/reports in ServiceNow and writing user stories for development is essential.
Required Certifications:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (Mandatory)
Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) APM or other related CIS certifications (Preferred)
