- Create detailed project plan and sustain changes and track status/progress
- Create executive summaries and presentations to update on project status and participate in governance model as required
- Ensure documentation expectations and cadence needs are supported expertly
- Deal effectively with ambiguous and unstructured problems and situations.
- Move easily between big picture thinking and managing relevant detail.
- Anticipate stakeholder needs, and develop and discuss potential solutions, even before the stakeholder realizes they are required.
- Navigate the complexities of cross-border and/or diverse teams and engagements.
- Broad understanding of supply chain processes and functions required.
- Initiate and lead open conversations with teams, clients and stakeholders to build trust.
- The PMO Lead is a consulting leader with experience in Epic/equivalent system implementation and optimization methodology.
