• Design, configure, and implement SAP FICO solutions tailored to support OTC processes in an SAP HANA environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance SAP FICO functionalities, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Lead workshops and discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable SAP HANA solutions.
• Guide the integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules and third-party applications to streamline the OTC process.
• Provide architectural expertise and oversee the development of SAP FICO solutions, ensuring optimal data handling and performance.
• Lead troubleshooting and provide support for complex SAP FICO issues, optimizing for SAP HANA's capabilities.
• Document solution designs, configurations, and enhancements to support training and long-term maintenance.
• Stay updated with SAP HANA advancements and identify opportunities to leverage new features to benefit financial processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP FICO with a strong focus on SAP HANA and OTC processes.
• Demonstrated experience in SAP FICO architecture and solution design, particularly in a SAP HANA environment.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4 HANA and familiarity with its financial and controlling capabilities.
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes and integration with SAP FICO.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex SAP FICO issues.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• SAP FICO certification is a plus.
