We need a lead TC for our SAM engagement.  The expected hours would be between 12-16 for the first few weeks while we write user stories and prep for development, and then would ramp down to 8-10/week during the implementation. During the initial phase, this person would be responsible for helping to architect and design the implementation alongside the BPC. We're already running workshops with Ford, so this person would need to get plugged in quickly and help with designing our solution. Once development starts, they would be responsible for acting as a lead and support the two more junior TCs through story development.
