JOB DETAIL

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Design Salesforce solutions to address business needs, including customizations and integrations.
  • Strong experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions, including customizations and integrations
  • Excellent understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices
  • Deep expertise in Service and Sales cloud of Salesforce
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate users on Salesforce features and best practices.
  • Ensure data integrity and security within the Salesforce platform.
  • Stay current with Salesforce updates and new features, proactively recommending improvements and enhancements in existing solutions
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce REST API
