Project Management: Plan, initiate, and oversee projects related to operations and supply chain, ensuring alignment with business objectives, deadlines, and budget constraints.

Supply Chain Coordination: Manage and optimize supply chain processes, including procurement, vendor relations, logistics, and inventory management, to support project deliverables.

Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in operations and supply chain activities, recommend process improvements, and implement best practices to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (procurement, logistics, finance, and production) and external vendors to align resources and drive project success.

Risk Management: Anticipate, identify, and mitigate project risks, including supply chain disruptions, operational delays, and vendor compliance issues.
