4-5 years relevant Workday HCM lead experience (deployments and/or AMS) • Currently certified in one or more HCM areas. As a Workday partner UST can maintain and expand your Workday certifications. • Proven consultative skills to guide client and internal discussions to agreement of solutions in a timely manner • Experience implementing complex, practical business solutions under multiple deadlines • Able to articulate to clients, lessons learned from previous client experience • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to frequent change • Demonstrated commitment and achievement to delivery excellence and client satisfaction • Proven experience demonstrating initiative and curiosity to build skills in other areas by leveraging available trainings and Workday documentation • Experience defining global HR business and systems strategy, developing system requirements, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines • Leading and working with offshore teams (nice-to-have)
