JOB DETAIL

  • Expertise in designing and building Workday reports.
  • Deep understanding of Workday data, including Core, Compensation, Learning, Recruiting, Benefits, and Talent.
  • Knowledge of Workday architecture, web services, and business process frameworks.
  • Experience building dashboards in Workday, specifically focused on Talent and Recruiting.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday's People Analytics platform and its applications.
  • Familiarity with Workday functionalities and best practices for support and reporting.
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to effectively understand and fulfill reporting requirements.
  • Familiarity with PARO (Performance, Accountability, Results, Outcomes) methodology is a plus.
  • Experience in configuring and maintaining Prism data sets in Workday is a plus.
