  Challenges day to day:  extract & analyze data & work with others to understand data & what they’re looking for.
 
  Should have at least 2+ years mainframe, cobol, EZTrieve.  Little bit of DB2, but primarily use VSAM (very standard VSAM),

  What makes a candidate stand out?  Mainframe cobol experience.  Someone that’s been around for a while.  

  Has experience with the analysis side of things is key..  Architect overseas is overseeing the assignment. 

  Insurance or Dental experience is a plus
