- Exposure to Commercial Lending, Cards, Treasury, Payments, Customer Onboarding
- Ability to formulate and define business requirements & use cases
- Proficient in functional specs, business process mapping using tools like Visio
- Exposure to ServiceNow FSO (financial services operations) is preferable. If not ServiceNow then solutions like Pega, Appian, nCINO.
- Ability to create write artifacts such as reference docs, user guides, etc., in support of the products and solutions
- Interface with solution and business architects to create requirements documents and templates
- Experience working with Technical, QA and Business Teams in explaining the requirements and providing functional guidance/answers
- Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process, including agile methodologies
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
