      •     You have architected cloud based services including infrastructure maintenance
      •     You have mentored more junior engineers in their technical skills
      •     You can run a meeting where the outcome is a technical decision made
      •     You have a history of writing performant, maintainable, testable code
      •     You enjoy reading and critiquing others code in code review
      •     You are passionate about automation and reducing toil
      •     You are committed to quality and experienced with modern software testing practices
      •     You care about contributing to an amazing work culture and environment
Even better if….
      •     Prior experience with automated configuration tools like Ansible, Puppet, Chef, etc
      •     Prior experience in Infrastructure as Code in Terraform and running microservices in Kubernetes
      •     Prior experience writing web applications in Python
      •     Prior experience deploying cloud services, monitoring, alerting, and handling escalations
      •     You have experience supporting a high-availability SaaS environment
      •     Experience in advocating for security in DevOps practices
