JOB DETAIL

Act as primary point of contact for Salesforce-related issues and requests from users.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
Log, track and document issues and resolutions using JIRA
User Management:
Create and manage user accounts, roles, and permissions.
Provide support and training to users to ensure effective use of Salesforce.
System Configuration:
Customize Salesforce to meet business requirements, including creating custom objects, fields, triggers, validations and workflows.
Implement and manage Salesforce features and functionalities.
Data Management:
Ensure data integrity and security by managing data imports, exports, and backups.
Perform regular data audits and cleanups.
Reporting and Dashboards:
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
Analyze data to support business decision-making.
Collaboration & Communication:
Collaborate with Salesforce developers for advanced troubleshooting or customization requests.
Regularly communicate with stakeholders on support trends, user satisfaction and system updates
