10+ years of work experience in Information Technology or Data Analysis.
10+ years of work experience gathering business requirements, including, but not limited to: functional, user, and system requirements; creating application wireframes; developing process flow diagrams; writing high quality technical and user guide documentation; performing heavy research; and other business analysis tasks for software/SDLC implementation projects.
5+ year of experience as a project manager over a project with a heavy IT component. Expected first-hand knowledge/experience with various assignment, resource allocation, and monitoring tools.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint is required.
Demonstrated experience in extracting and translating large data sets and relational databases.
