JOB DETAIL

  • Ability to develop and execute a strategic plan to drive AI technology initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and engineers, to identify opportunities for GenAI/AI integration and innovation.
  • Develop use cases and business cases for GenAI/AI projects
  • Collaborate with vendors and partners to identify and implement AI solutions
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of various machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, and AI technologies, Tools.
  • Ability to quickly prototype ideas and solve complex problems by adapting creative approaches
  • Have good exposure and knowledge to work with Salesforce service cloud..
