  • Strong working experience in Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Absence Management, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Advanced Compensation
  • Understand business requirements on HR processes and map them in Workday.
  • Exp in functional configurations, Business process, Security, Alerts, Notifications, EIB's
  • Identify areas of improvement
  • Suggest and improve business processes
  • Prepare Training Material, SOPs etc for Workday processes.
  • Prepare Test Scripts, and perform Testing Workday functionality & configuration
  • Impart training to users on Workday
  • Should have experience in Workday HCM Implementation and Support
