Functional and technical expertise in analytics or business intelligence applications/products.
Extensive project management experience, with a strong foundation in advanced analytics, data integration, and visualization.
Familiarity with Cloud Applications (e.g., Azure, DataBricks) and system administration.
Proven experience in resource allocation and management.
Significant experience leading and coaching Agile development teams and facilitating team meetings.
Advanced knowledge of Agile principles and development or operations frameworks.
Desired: In-depth knowledge and experience in Banking, Finance, or Investments, including industry terminology, concepts, and business processes.
Desired: Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
Certifications: CSM and PMI-ACP certifications are highly desired.
