- 8+ years of experience as a Mainframe Developer with expertise in COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, and IMS.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and data analytics tools.
- Experience with IBM z/OS, z/VM, and related mainframe operating systems.

- Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN) and automated build/deployment pipelines.
- Advanced experience with data processing, batch processing, and mainframe storage systems.
- Strong knowledge of Data Analytical Systems (DAS) and data pipelines, including ETL processes, data integration, and analytics platforms.
- Experience with integrating mainframe systems with modern database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
- Familiarity with Agile or DevOps methodologies, with the ability to work in an iterative, fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimizing large-scale mainframe applications.
- Experience with batch job scheduling and data reporting using mainframe tools.
Strong understanding of system security practices, including data encryption, access control, and auditing.
