• 5+ years’ experience in leading React JS implementation
• Min 1 year experience in Next JS implementations
• Exposure to React JS based Micro-front-end implementations
• Strong in ReactJS, Next, Micro FE apps & architecture, Node.js, JavaScript, DOM manipulation, JavaScript object model, OOP and patterns, CSS, SCSS HTML5, Redux, Context API, React Hooks API Graph QL, Apollo Client
• Knowledge in cross-platform React Native mobile app implementations
• Knowledge in spring boot java based microservices development and integrations
• Provide architectural leadership across projects
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, Hands-on technology development experience is critical
• Build efficient and reusable front-end systems, frameworks and abstractions
• Debug and address UI performance issues
• Perform code review and quality checks
• Identify and communicate front-end best practices
• Onsite offshore coordination
• Proven experience in DevOps, pipelines and deployments
• Strong awareness of quality standards and NFRs
• Experience in Retail domain is nice to have
