- User Support & Troubleshooting:
- Act as primary point of contact for Salesforce-related issues and requests from users.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
- Log, track and document issues and resolutions using JIRA
- User Management:
- Create and manage user accounts, roles, and permissions.
- Provide support and training to users to ensure effective use of Salesforce.
- System Configuration:
- Customize Salesforce to meet business requirements, including creating custom objects, fields, triggers, validations and workflows.
- Implement and manage Salesforce features and functionalities.
- Data Management:
- Ensure data integrity and security by managing data imports, exports, and backups.
- Perform regular data audits and cleanups.
- Reporting and Dashboards:
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
- Analyze data to support business decision-making.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Collaborate with Salesforce developers for advanced troubleshooting or customization requests.
- Regularly communicate with stakeholders on support trends, user satisfaction and system updates
