JOB DETAIL

  • User Support & Troubleshooting:
    • Act as primary point of contact for Salesforce-related issues and requests from users.
    • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
    • Log, track and document issues and resolutions using JIRA
  • User Management:
    • Create and manage user accounts, roles, and permissions.
    • Provide support and training to users to ensure effective use of Salesforce.
  • System Configuration:
    • Customize Salesforce to meet business requirements, including creating custom objects, fields, triggers, validations and workflows.
    • Implement and manage Salesforce features and functionalities.
  • Data Management:
    • Ensure data integrity and security by managing data imports, exports, and backups.
    • Perform regular data audits and cleanups.
  • Reporting and Dashboards:
    • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
    • Analyze data to support business decision-making.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
    • Collaborate with Salesforce developers for advanced troubleshooting or customization requests.
    • Regularly communicate with stakeholders on support trends, user satisfaction and system updates
