4 Years of Manages the design, development, and implementation of projects to include, but not limited to, gathering and defining the project requirements

4 Years of Develops short- and long-range plans for projects, including estimating timelines for start-up and completion of projects

4 Years of Coordinates and prepares reports and correspondence in support of assigned projects

4 Years of Prepares and delivers presentations to the management team, department directors, and applicable program staff

4 Years of Assists in planning, directing, and coordinating the department work plan; meets with management staff to identify and resolve problems

4 Years of Suggests and implements solutions to address new or ongoing challenges

4 Years of Manages scope expectations with program customer and stakeholders
