Lead Team by designing and building models for a world class team, leading with a continuous improvement mindset. Balancing among efficiency, streamlining

functions, and ensuring long term sustainability.

Create Infrastructure Requirement Documents for applications deployed in the enterprise.

Responsible for all application deployments to multiple environments (development, testing, staging, and production) on a scheduled release calendar.

Analyze hardware capacities of build infrastructure and provide recommendations to the Management team for improvements.

Setup server and application configuration automation using Infrastructure as Code.

Lead the DevOps discipline and roadmap as defined by the DevOps Manager and be responsible for managing all server/infrastructure related issues.

Anticipate, identify, and recommend solutions for operational problems by monitoring system performance and studying operating targets.

Design solutions with practical knowledge of both on premise and cloud-based solutions.

Onboard and troubleshoot critical application related issues in coordination with the Systems and Network teams.

Provide after-hours on-call deployment support and handle support issues.

Participate in walkthrough and defect report meetings periodically using JIRA tickets to report, update and analyze the defect.

Build/Enhance automated interfaces between tools, such as repositories/ticketing tools/testing tools, to build baseline management databases and interfaces as well

as assist with other build automation tasks.
