• 5+ years of experience in SailPoint development and identity governance.
• Strong expertise in Java, Bean Shell, PowerShell scripting, REST APIs, and relational databases.
• Extensive experience in user lifecycle management, provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), access reviews, and separation of duties.
• Proven integration experience with platforms like Active Directory, CyberArk (including Safe management credential cycling), and ServiceNow CMDB.
• Ability to optimize applications and improve performance.

The candidate should be capable of leading engineering projects, driving full-stack development, working independently, and collaborating with system engineers to define requirements for automation and integration. Leadership experience, including the ability to supervise junior engineers, is also important. The role requires a strong technical background and leadership in identity governance and automation.
