Must have 2 GCP certifications (Data Engineer, Machine Learning, & or Cloud).
Must be GC or citizen candidates based upon sensitivity of material being worked on.
Please check with candidates to ensure they have transportation and willing to make the commute (committed).
Please ensure candidate has their own laptop.
Please confirm tentative or potential start dates for candidates
Please check for any planned vacations, hospitals visits or check-ups, or any family members (baby on way, elderly family member, etc. that may need care while they may be working.
Please make sure that your candidates have top notch communication skills like you and myself. If they do not, then they will not be considered as they will have to communicate on calls and group to contribute.
Make sure you candidates do not have any other offers or interviews pending that would prevent them from accepting our position and being committed to the role.
