• Design and develop custom AEM components, templates, and workflows to meet business requirements.
• Hands-on experience with AEM 6.2 and 6.4, including core concepts, OSGi, Sling, and Apache Felix.
• Proficiency in AEM authoring, publishing, and deployment processes.
• Strong understanding of AEM's content management and digital asset management capabilities.

• Collaborate with product owners and development teams to understand and refine product backlog items.
• Estimate development efforts and provide realistic delivery timelines.
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Work effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to AEM applications.
• Provide timely support for AEM authoring environments and content management systems.
• Identify and implement performance optimizations and code improvements.

• Participate in rigorous testing and quality assurance processes to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with QA teams to identify and resolve defects.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
