Implementations & Upgrades: Lead end-to-end SAP HCM implementations and rollouts, ensuring successful delivery.

Module Expertise: Configure and support Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll modules.

Migration & Integration: Lead SAP HCM to SuccessFactors migration, including data mapping and BIB integration.

Testing & Validation: Develop test plans, conduct functional testing, and resolve defects with stakeholders and Quality Assurance teams.

Data Management: Oversee data migration tasks, including cleansing, extraction, transformation, and validation.
