Develop and configure ServiceNow modules, applications, and integrations to meet the business needs.
Customize and enhance various modules within the ServiceNow platform, such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, or HR Service Delivery.
Design, develop, test, and implement workflows, applications, and other solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including IT teams and business units, to gather requirements and communicate technical solutions effectively.
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for ServiceNow applications.
Ensure best practices in ServiceNow coding, configuration, and integration, as well as in documentation and process development.
Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and capabilities to enhance productivity and optimize workflows.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Skills: Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform customization, scripting, and administration.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow modules, including but not limited to ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, or HRSD. Strong JavaScript and/or other relevant scripting languages knowledge is preferred.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical language to business stakeholders.
