• Design and develop AEM components, templates, workflows, and digital experiences.
• Implement and configure AEM solutions using Sling, JCR, Sightly, Java, HTML, XML, JavaScript, and web services (REST/SOAP).
• Optimize AEM applications for performance and scalability.
• Manage digital assets and CMS site architecture.
• Develop a strong foundation in Java, including OOP, design patterns, and Java EE technologies.
• Integrate AEM with Adobe Target for personalized marketing campaigns.
• Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and responsive web design.
• Utilize content fragments and experience fragments for headless content sharing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Additional Skills:

• Experience with AEM integration with tools like Workfront, Tealium, or Adobe Experience Platform.
• Familiarity with other CMS platforms (e.g., Sitecore, WordPress).
• Experience in the energy industry is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
