- Own and prioritize the Agile Team backlog, ensuring user stories are clear and well-defined.
- Act as the main point of contact between the Dev team and the Customer team to clarify user stories.
- Ensure the Dev team has a well-defined backlog, with 2 sprints' worth of ready work.
- Drive user story refinement and ensure the team maintains high productivity and velocity.
- Own the quality control process by accepting stories as "done" once acceptance criteria are met.
- Collaborate with Product Management for Program Increment (PI) Planning and align backlogs across multiple teams.
- Mentor other Product Owners to develop their skills.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in Agile (Scrum) environments.
- Strong product ownership skills, especially with defining and prioritizing backlogs.
- Experience with cross-functional teams and large initiatives.
- Mentorship skills for less experienced Product Owners.
- Local candidates preferred, with a hybrid work schedule (3 days onsite).
- Former T-Mobile candidates are preferred.
