Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud/Partner Portal): Extensive hands-on experience in configuring, customizing, and deploying Salesforce Experience Cloud, particularly in partner portals and customer communities.
Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Salesforce declarative tools (e.g., Lightning App Builder, Flow) and programming (e.g., Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components).
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with business stakeholders, end-users, and technical teams.
Leadership & Mentorship: Proven experience leading and mentoring teams of developers, administrators, and QA professionals.
Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Strong ability to troubleshoot issues and provide strategic solutions, especially within the Experience Cloud ecosystem.
Client-Facing Experience: Comfortable leading discussions with clients to gather requirements, present solutions, and provide strategic advice.
