Facilitate SAFe Ceremonies: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and SAFe-specific events such as PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
Coach and Mentor: Provide guidance and support to team members on Agile and SAFe best practices and principles.
Remove Impediments: Identify and resolve any obstacles that may hinder the team’s progress.
Collaborate: Work closely with Product Owners, Release Train Engineers, Business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on team performance, using metrics to drive improvements.
Risk Management: Identify and manage risks, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT, with at least 4 years as a Scrum Master.
Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of the insurance industry and related processes.
Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is required. SAFe certifications (e.g., SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Advanced Scrum Master) are highly preferred.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Rally) and software development practices.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
