(1) Master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or other related

field/equivalent work experience;

(2) A minimum of five (5) years of design and/or development experience with ColdFusion;

(3) Experience with JavaScript Oracle, and Structured Query Language (SQL) Server in an N-tier

architecture;

(4) Experience with Solaris, Bash Shell scripting;

(5) A minimum of three (3) years of cloud development experience;

(6) Demonstrated experience in object-oriented development techniques;

(7) Database design and development (Oracle/Microsoft SQL Server);

(8) SQL tuning;

(9) Experience as a project leader on multiple IT projects;

(10) Experience as an expert/lead technical role. Experience working various projects/issues of

high complexity that require in-depth knowledge across multiple technical areas and

business segments;

(11) Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies;

(12) Support production deployments; assist with troubleshooting deployment issues; and

(13) Experience in Incident Full Kit (IFK) meetings to create user stories, complete Rough Order

of Magnitude (ROM) estimates for incidents and refinements of product backlog; and

(14) Experience with Azure DevOps.
