- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.

- Proven expertise in using Copado for deployment management, including CI/CD best practices.

- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).

- Strong understanding of Salesforce.com platform best practices, governor limits, and deployment processes.

- Hands-on experience with Git, version control, and DevOps methodologies within Salesforce environments.

- Familiarity with other DevOps tools such as Jenkins is a plus.

- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (mandatory), Platform Developer II certification preferred.

- Copado Certified Administrator or Copado Developer certification preferred.
