7 Years - Extensive design and development experience with ServiceNOW IT Service Management, IT Operations Management and/or Event Management.

7 Years - Significant experience using shell, Perl, python, or java scripting.

7 Years - Understanding of how to optimize the ServiceNow data model and structures and how to propose and enforce coding standards

7 Years - Experience soliciting a complex set of customer requirements and creatively translating those into solutions leveraging existing tools and integration

7 Years - Experience defining a product vision and then a detailed roadmap.

7 Years - Strong problem solving/troubleshooting skills and attention to details. Ability to multitask while managing several initiatives.

7 Years - Ability to work on teams with participants from various technical disciplines and a good understanding of IT infrastructure operations.
