- 10+ years of experience in project management within the financial services industry, with a strong focus on SWIFT payments and Capital Markets
- Demonstrated experience with SWIFT payments and deep understanding of the payments ecosystem.
- Solid knowledge of the trade life cycle and related capital markets processes.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to collaborate with technology teams to implement solutions.
- Engage and manage communication with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity of objectives, risks, and progress.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, technology, or related field. MBA or PMP certification is a plus.
