Lead the design, development, and implementation of nCino Bank Operating System applications, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

8 to 12 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong track record of successfully delivering complex Salesforce projects.

Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Certified Architect (preferred), or equivalent certifications.

Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware).

Extensive experience with Salesforce customization, including workflows, process builder, and advanced reporting.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
