Essential Skills: Serve as the primary point of contact for Workday Advanced Compensation processes, including merit, bonus, and equity award cycles.? Lead the configuration and execution of compensation plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.? Perform system assessments to ensure accuracy in compensation processes and troubleshooting issues.? Oversee the setup, configuration, and testing of year-end compensation events.? Provide expertise in updating existing compensation plans and making necessary adjustments for business needs.? Proven experience supporting the year-end compensation process for a Workday HCM client, preferably within the retail industry.? Expertise in configuring merit, bonus, and equity plans within Workday.? Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to address complex compensation-related issues.
Keywords: knowledge of Workday HCM basics, inbound and outbound vendor integrations for ongoing administration, payroll close cycles, and special projects such as the Annual Open Enrollment cycle.
