·         Serve as the mainframe SME, ensuring effective design, development, and support of mainframe applications. 

·         Participate in infrastructure planning and provide future technology insights. 

·         Lead mainframe application migration projects, collaborating across departments. 

·         Establish and maintain technical roadmaps, documentation, and system configuration. 

·         Analyze capacity, performance, and support contingency planning efforts. 

·         Evaluate vendor proposals, manage build vs. buy decisions, and oversee project execution. 

·         Stay current with industry developments and apply new concepts to enhance operations.
