•            Lead the end-to-end management of IT projects, from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery, within scope, and meeting quality standards.

•            Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria.

•            Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, while continuously monitoring and reporting progress.

•            Ensure project documentation is thorough and up-to-date, including project charters, plans, status reports, and post-mortem analyses.
