Collaborate with functional teams to understand data structures in PeopleSoft and map them to Workday's data model.
Work closely with stakeholders to align data migration efforts with business goals and reporting needs.
Understanding of Workday's data model, security settings, and API capabilities
Implementing data pipelines using IICS to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from Workday.
Develop and optimize API calls to interact with Workday.
Hands-on experience with Snowflake as a cloud data warehouse.
Knowledge of SQL and scripting for data manipulation and transformation.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
