JOB DETAIL

SAP Project Manager Resource will assist in various SAP programs/projects related to technology and service transitions. Manage reporting and resolution of issues, risks, and dependencies, proactively identifying potential planning gaps, implementing mitigations to risks, and driving actions to close issues.

· Accountable for the successful delivery of all project phases, releases, and project components for SAP Transformation projects
· Responsible for overall quality, engagement, and adherence to the schedule and budget for the
project
· Develop and execute end-to-end project management activities.
· Define project scope with key stakeholders and effectively manage milestones and dependencies.
· Monitor delivery performance and quality using metrics and status reporting.
· Mitigate risks as defined in project plan.
· Manage all change requests, validate all budget/schedule impacts, obtain the stakeholder’s commitment, and communicate approved changes to all teams.

Preferred Requirements
· Experience in multiple integration projects
· 15 years of experience in IT project implementation with at least 5-8 years in SAP projects (end-to-end) implementation.
· 5 years of experience in managerial role, leading team to deliver complex; large-scale SAP

project implementation.
· Possess strong knowledge and experience in large and complex SAP implementation.
· Experience managing ECC to S/4 HANA migration projects
· Possess strong business and consulting acumen.
· Posses strong stakeholder management (all levels including C-level) with the ability to properly manage stakeholder expectations and escalations.
· Possess strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and team management skills.
· Excellent communication skills
· Highly collaborative and detail oriented, self-directed.
· PMP Certification preferred; Other PM certifications like CSM, SAFe, SAP Activate PM also nice to have.
